Spinach is ready to go!!

Just harvested our first run of spinach for the year. Spinach loves cold wet weather, and the flavour proves it. $14/kg for no. 1 and $10/kg for no.2. Great way to add taste and texture to a soup, omelette or salad. Available at our farmstore all this week and at the Co-op here in Eastport.
